Amateur Boxing is safe and fun for children and teen-agers
According to Sports Magazines, boxing is one of the most popular sports today. Boxing is not only a great way to get in shape, but it is also an art of self defense. It has been proven that children who box, are more than likely to not fight, than children who do not box. Boxing teaches and builds focus, self-discipline and gives children a place to go and work out.
